All Cards are posted out in hard backed envelope, clearly marked ‘do not bend’. Cards leave me in perfect condition.
I therefore cannot take responsibility, should the card become damaged in transit. 

As a rule I try and process all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment and all the information. Please check you have supplied all relevant information with your order to aid with the speedy dispatch of your items.

UK Customers:
I post using Royal Mail Second Class as standard. If you would like your card a little sooner please select First Class in the postage options. I also offer signed for delivery if you are worried about losing your card. Please select whichever postage option suits you best before payment.

International Customers:
Everything is shipped via standard international airmail (7-14 days).

Refund or replacement will be given if the card is, on the rare occasion, not as ordered (i.e. spelling mistake or wrong colour)
Please email as soon as possible should this be the case, and I will happily amend and re-send or refund.
